The dealership seemed slow, me and one other person waiting. I had a scheduled oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. This task took around 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. Jenn at the service counter was rude and condescending. She was better after I talked to Chris the service manger which she forced me to do by hanging up on me. I have purchased at least 4 new vehicles from the Laura group and had them all serviced by them and this by far was my worst experience with Laura. More
Service was exceptional from the phone call to see when they could get us in to communication throughout and after the service. We where passing through with a work truck that needed regular service. I honestly was not very happy. I was charged over $200 just for them to tell me the car had a bad battery. I could’ve gone to an auto parts shop, which would give me the same infor I was charged over $200 just for them to tell me the car had a bad battery. The people at Laura Ford were exceptionally helpful with getting me a new key fob since my old key fob no longer worked. I would get to the top of our driveway and my car was suddenly so it could not recogn getting me a new key fob since my old key fob no longer worked. I would get to the top of our driveway and my car was suddenly so it could not recognize the key. I’ll try to locker unlock my car and my car would not be able to pick up the frequency of the fob key. It is thanks to Laura Ford that I finally got a working fob key. If it wasn’t for them, I would be having issues with my fob key and my attempts at trying to unlock my car. Thank you for helping me and for all you do at Laura Ford. More
