I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, prepared to put down $10,000 to $15,000 and finance the rest. However, I was repeatedly pressured to move forward without being allowed to review the financing terms and conditions. I specifically asked Mark to email me the financing details so I could review them properly, but he refused and told me, “That’s not how it works,” then proceeded to lecture me on the process. As a customer, I expect transparency and respect—not to be dictated to. Mark’s dismissive and arrogant approach ultimately cost the dealership a sale. Despite my clear indication that I wasn’t interested in the additional packages or “extras,” he insisted I had to sit through them. That was the final straw. I truly feel bad for Dakota, who put in genuine effort and lost the sale due to Mark’s poor handling of the situation. If the dealership values its reputation and sales performance, they may want to reconsider who they have representing them. I’ve chosen to take my business elsewhere, and I encourage other potential buyers to do the same. The devil is in the details—and Mark made it clear they weren’t going to share them. More

I had a very small window of time to get my necessary repairs completed. I had been out of town and was leaving again in just a few days. I had an appointment for Friday for diagnostic testing. I had a fuel system issue and needed it repaired quick. The staff at Laura Ford ordered the part needed on Friday and had it on hand Monday morning.
