I specifically asked Mark to email me the financing details so I could review them properly, but he refused and told me, “That’s not how it works,” then proceeded to lecture me on the process. As a customer, I expect transparency and respect—not to be dictated to. Mark’s dismissive and arrogant approach ultimately cost the dealership a sale. Despite my clear indication that I wasn’t interested in the additional packages or “extras,” he insisted I had to sit through them. That was the final straw. I truly feel bad for Dakota, who put in genuine effort and lost the sale due to Mark’s poor handling of the situation. If the dealership values its reputation and sales performance, they may want to reconsider who they have representing them.
