Was very nice to get in and out for an oil change without any up sales! Was also nice not to see an employee taking a $20 tip to get into front of line. It was NOT Kevin Tate who did that. I have witnessed it twice with another employee and then we had to sit and wait after we had an appointment for weeks. That person is no longer in the Chevy side. I listened and witnessed that employee twice do that. I truly appreciate being in and out and waited on accordingly to my schedule time. Kevin Tate was fabulous!
