Trent was our salesman and we bought a 2025 Chevy traverse RS. For the most part Trent did his job. We live 4 hours away so all paperwork was suppose to be ready for when my fiance got there. Once she arrived they inspected her trade-in and everything was good. When she was looking over her new car there were scratches on the carbon fiber trim on the dash of her brand new car. We had the dealer apply ceramic coating to the interior and exterior. No one decided to mention anything about the scratches and I would have thought our salesman could have looked over the car before my fiance arrived and made sure everything was perfect. She was told they think it came like that from factory. So that means the guys applying the ceramic coating didn’t feel the need to let a manager know there was something wrong with the brand new car? Josh in financing tried to sell me extended warranty, and his sales speech was “we are replacing the screens in these cars everyday, and they are very very expensive. Technology in these new cars have several problems”. That was very reassuring when buying a brand new car. Needless to say Josh is full of xxxx and a horrible salesman. 2.5 hours after my fiance arrived I finally got the paperwork sent by email, for me to sign. I sent it right back immediately. My bank sent the wire immediately. My bank can confirm the wire was sent and in their account in under 20 minutes. Then my fiance waited there another two hours before financing got an email that the wire was in there account. In total my fiance was there from 9:35am to shortly afer 2pm. Not once was she offered a drink or snack while waiting there that long? In conclusion Laura Chevrolet Buick GMC will never ever have our business again.
