It was done in a timely manner but they made a mess inside my vehicle. Now I have clean and vacuum it all out. All the dirty parts the took out from the dash was put in the back seat and made a big mess. Mouse net material everywhere and half of the glove box papers i found under the front set. More
New Ram I can’t rate any higher due to 3 things. 1. They dropped the ball on getting my bedliner sprayed in. I had to take time off to do this myself. They di I can’t rate any higher due to 3 things. 1. They dropped the ball on getting my bedliner sprayed in. I had to take time off to do this myself. They did pay for it tho. That helped ease the pin. 2 5 of my 6 tires had to be balanced when I got it home. It was a rough 5 hour drive home from dealership. 3. Since they were expecting me from out of town, knowing I was in a hurry, I expected the truck to be detailed and ready as well as paperwork. Took to long. More

Window Tint I had been communicating with the company that owned this dealership before it was bought by Laura about fixing the tint on my back window. I had boug I had been communicating with the company that owned this dealership before it was bought by Laura about fixing the tint on my back window. I had bought the vehicle new and was told it should still be covered under warranty. The previous dealership owners kept giving me the run around about actually making an appointment and were not in communication with me. I stopped in shortly after Laura took ownership and explained the situation. Faron was very helpful and worked to set up an appointment. He was in frequent contact throughout the process to resolve the issue and I'm very happy with the service I received. More

Shocked I found a van I liked online and contacted the dealership. The next morning Cory called me back and said the car was available. I came out for a test I found a van I liked online and contacted the dealership. The next morning Cory called me back and said the car was available. I came out for a test drive and was interested in purchasing. My husband wasn’t available so Cory let me know I could make a deposit in order to keep it from being sold. I made the deposit and returned the next day. We purchased the car and my husband drove it home. On his way home we ran Into some issues with the car. I called Cory and made him aware. He gave me his cell to text or call when I heard back from my husband. When I spoke to Cory again he informed me that his Boss Mike would be coming to pick up my car and dropping a dealership car for us to drive while the issue was taken car of. The customer service we received was above and beyond. I couldn’t appreciate it more. Buying cars is stressful and scary enough. You always pray you made the right choice. The issues simply driving off the lot was terrifying to say the least. However because of Mike and Cory’s willingness to put my family and myself first turned what could have been a horrible decision Into a good one. I can’t speak enough good things about these men. They will be our first choice for car sales in the future. You guys truly have some great people working for you. Thanks again Mike and Cory. More
