Awesome Experience Just purchased a 2019 RAM 1500 Laramie Sport. From them. Iv been looking at these trucks since Nov. just waiting for the right price. I would compare prices through several dealerships within 150 miles of where I live. I’m close to Columbia MO... Laura is by far the best deal and A+ on customer service... this is a long review but Iv put a lot of time making sure I got a great deal... So Machens Chrysler in Columbia , Moberly Motors in moberly, Victory in KC area is where Iv compared b/n the three they where all within a couple 100 dollars of each other... so I was going where my trade was worth the most which was machens only by $500 but hey it’s $500... Any ways machens did not have a Laramie Sport, so they said they would dealer trade... they found the truck I wanted and said it was the only 1 w/n 150 miles LIE LIE LIE... I asked the price they said 48318 I was interested considering it was a 59000 truck I asked where was they getting it from the sales person named Rich said “I don’t know” again LIE LIE LIE... he gave me the info with VIN # I took it home and was considering then I checked the VIN# and found that Laura Chrysler owned it. Iv never heard of them before... so I checked their website... found the truck machens was going to get for me...Laura had it priced at $44230... I was unsure considering that’s a huge difference will Mr. Rich Whitler from machens told me that Laura was full of Sh.+ said I would not qualify for that deal So I called Laura and was set up with the Sales MGR and he insured me several times that the price they show is the price you get these people were several 1000’s cheaper than anyone around guaranteed. The date was 5/31/19 the sales manager told me that new rebates was going to hit before I could get their he said that it could probably work in my favor but the prices could go down even more but he was not sure... the Manager was awesome and he set me up with a salesperson named Kent Kollme absolutely a pleasant experience I told them my trade... I was excited they was within $500 of machens w/o even seeing my truck and they said if it’s in as good as shape as I said it was then they would give me more. So I knew I might come out better. And man was I excited come June 4th Bc the new rebates hit and they was another 3-7000 cheaper than where I was considering and everyone else was now $5-9000 higher than Laura I took the trip of 147 miles away for myself got down their and was blown away with the great treatment... offered a beverage right in front door without them knowing who I was and my son Who is 9 was treated great everyone in office building was asking my son Q. That kept him engaged so that was a plus... Anyways I had a list of several vehicles I wanted to see Bc they had several 100 trucks so their was like 10 that I was considering I needed the 12” monitor, and sunroof and the 19 speaker system in sport pkg. and BLind spot detec Kent was very professional and was working 2 other customers at same time and I could barley tell he was busy with others... he kept me moving and and looking at the different features... Never once was pushy trying to get me to decide... The manager came out introduced himself and looked at my trade and gave me exactly what I was wanting... I told Kent I was indecisive Bc all the trucks I looked at was awesome... anyway I picked a $61200 sport that I walked out paying only $45300 after all rebates I could not believe it Then Don in financing was awesome I came in pre approved with a very low interest but they could not match it but to get the $1000 or $1500 rebate u had to let them do the financing anyways they was only .3% higher than I had so no big deal he was not pushy on selling the INS I said no once he was good with it great guy made it more pleasant I could not be more impressed with my experience of buying a vehicle. Most importantly my son got to witness how someone should be treated when they are planning on spending that kind of money A++++ Worth the trip for anyone wanting to save 1000’s and be treated great Thanks everyone More

I'm a nightmare consumer and I was impressed with how well Keith handled the entire situation from start to finish. He's patient, honest and incredibly responsive - every email or call was returned promptly and all of my questions were answered directly. I took the train in from out of town and he arranged last minute transportation from the train station to the dealership (the driver was great too - thanks, Tim). When I got to the dealership, he had the truck ready to go and told me he tracked down an additional $500 rebate for me, so I paid LESS than the negotiated price for the truck. Of course that's not going to happen with every customer but it does demonstrate his commitment to his job and customers. Despite having the sale price already finalized, he took time out of his day, whether it was a minute or an hour, to make sure I was getting the best deal. That's incredible service and not something you'll get with every dealership or salesman. Other dealerships will tell you that Laura's advertised prices aren't final and they suggest its some sort of bait and switch. It's not. I visited a dozen dealerships over a six week period and not only was Laura's price the best, they were the most candid with their pricing and rebates available to each individual buyer. I'd recommend Laura and Keith to anyone in the market for a new Ram, Jeep or Chrysler. More
Rip off city I wasn’t contacted by Laura after looking at one of their cars. I told the representative my credit history as well as my co-signers. I was told t I wasn’t contacted by Laura after looking at one of their cars. I told the representative my credit history as well as my co-signers. I was told this shouldn’t be an issue. Everything was going fine until I said I was looking st other dealerships. That’s when the representative told me he basically didn’t want to waste his time if that’s the case. So after assuming him I was interested, it in them 10 hours and me having to call them 3 times, with unreturned calls, for them to give me the option of paying $680 a month for a lease in a car that was listed at 24k. If it were me, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. Sure my credit history isn’t great but you try owning an Audi, paying 10k to fix your engine and then it still keeping on top of your bills. My co-signer has perfect credit but they said it didn’t matter because we didn’t live together. My girlfriend just went to a Nissan dealership and used a co-signer living in California, no problem. No one deserves this poor of service or to be shown the disrespect and unprofessionalism they have shown. More
Lack of support after purchase My father and I traveled 9 hours for him to purchase a vehicle from Laura. They had an outstanding price on a new Ram which was hard to beat. We had an appointment set up to sign paperwork which should have been an easy process being that all financing was done in advance. We had to wait for the gentleman from finance for over an hour (mind you we were there first thing in the morning/first customers). Prior to finalizing paperwork I noticed a small dent in the front bumper on the truck. We brought this to the salesman's (Kent) attention. He stated he would speak to the sales manager about what could be done. He came back a few minutes later and stated that their "Dent Guy" was not in for the day and they couldn't do anything. I asked if they could knock some money off the truck so it could be fixed when we returned home. He said no without asking. Unfortunately this truck was the only one on the lot with these particular features and in this color. It was one of only a few within a 500 mile radius from us as well. With that being said we continued with the purchase as our trip alone outweighed the cost of the bumper to be fixed. Once home we contacted Chrysler Customer Care and notified them of this incident. They put us in contact with Kent and we were told the sales manager would contact us. Now almost 2 months later and still no word. $60k truck with a dent in the front bumper and Laura is unwilling to make it right. In our family we have purchased 7 Chrysler vehicles in the last seven years all being new or slightly used. I was planning on trading my truck in next year and returning to Laura to purchase a new Ram because of their competitive pricing, but I will be going elsewhere now. If you read through the comments, I am not the only one questioning their customer service after the sale. If Laura cares to correct this issue my review will be revised. If not, I will continue to review them on other forums as well. More
Didn’t want to make a deal today Went to Laura CDJR today looking to make a deal on a new Jeep. After five frustrating hours we walked out. The dealer incentives changed over from the previous month making the Jeep $2,000 more expensive than it had been just two days before, they undervalued my trade in and tried to apply negative equity to the new vehicle. The salesman refused to work with us to make a reasonable deal on a new vehicle. The salesman was using hostile high pressure sales tactics to try to get us to agree to an unreasonably high price for a base model at the time of our visit. I have purchased from Laura once before but will never patronize this business again. Today was a huge waste of time I should have gone to a dealership in Saint Louis but decided to go to Laura because of my previous experience with them. But after they refused to make any effort to make a fair deal on the Jeep I was looking at we just left. I strongly advise that you do business anywhere but Laura CDJR More

Before we signed the papers Kent checked the Website again and the price was $2000.00 less than I offered, so they gave me the Website price.
