I have been burned in the past by misleading and outright dishonest representatives at other dealers in the past. He walked me though everything, and I had a deal for a new Gladiator Rubicon that was so good that I drove 16 hours from NY to do business with him. What I liked most was the straight-forward pricing. I went to my bank, grabbed a check, drove to Laura, signed some papers and I was on my way back home in less than an hour! I can’t believe I’m saying this... but I had a great experience with zero negatives at a car dealership! More

Richard Blue was an amazing salesman. He worked with me tirelessly to try to find and build the vehicle of my dreams. Brand new van with a scratch, promised to fix locally. I have to say this is the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was greeted with a smile by everyone and the whole process went very smoothly. I received exceptional service by the Laura team. Mr. Nick Polanowski was the gentleman who took care of me on the sale. He listened to me and he showed me all the options available in what I was wanting out of a new vehicle. I didn't feel pressured at any point during the whole process. The financial aspect was taken care of by Mr. Don Harbough, again, very respectful to me and explained things so that I understood exactly what I was getting. I would highly recommend Laura Automotive to everyone, not only for their low prices, but for the exceptional service they provide. More

False advertising. This place is a joke. Sales people don’t want to work to make a sale. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTH This place is a joke. Their online vehicle advertisements state “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but when you ask about zero percent financing and the low advertised prices you’re told that you can’t have both. You’ll have to pay more for the vehicle if you actually want 0% financing. That sounds like a hook and a gimmick to me! They will also try to low ball you on your trade value. I shopped around and every other dealership offered more for my trade than Laura would offer. Ultimately I ended up buying my new Jeep somewhere else and I suggest you do the same. Edit: 1. This is not a mischaracterization of what happened. Cory’s responses were unsubstantial and gave little to no assistance with my needs as the customer. 2. The very first line in your advertisements states “NO HOOKS, NO GIMMICKS, DO NOT LET OTHER DEALERS TELL YOU OTHERWISE! 0% financing available for 72 months!” but you wait until almost the last line in your advertisement to inject your disclaimer. You are being deceptive by writing like this and giving a false initial impression that you can purchase a new Jeep at your low advertised prices with 0% financing. The disclaimer that you buried in your advertisement below everything else is placed there purposely in the hopes that customers will not read that far. 3. You only met my requested trade value on a vehicle that I did not want to help yourselves with your “end of month push”. You were not doing me a favor. You sold the vehicle I was interested in and attempted to push me into a vehicle I did not want. More
