Hi Ryan, We try not to respond to many of our negative reviews, as we believe our customers deserve the right to provide feedback, good or bad. We feel, however, that this is a mischaracterization of what happened. 1) Cory contacted you promptly after your initial inquiry, and followed up with you quickly throughout the entire process. He either replied within minutes of your inquiry, or if it was after hours, first thing in the morning after opening. 2) In the very same advertised description you mention, it says "0% offer does not combine with above rebates included in sales price. Call dealer for details." The rebates were spelled out, and you were aware of the price before contacting us. We are 100% transparent about our pricing and outline not only the rebates, but the conditions on every vehicle. 3) We met your requested trade value in an attempt to make the deal, and you chose not to purchase through us. We strive to be as transparent as possible on pricing, and work to accommodate each customer. We are sorry that you ended up passing on the deal, but we did everything we could to meet your requests. We hope in the future you'll consider us again. Edit: Hi Ryan, Cory responded and reached out early and often to all of your inquiries, and did his best to try to accommodate your needs and requests while you cross shopped. He went out of his way to try and contact you and work a deal, even when you were unavailable or unresponsive. 2) Nothing is buried in our disclaimer, it is disclaimed for a reason, and it was told to you up front as well. We provide easy, transparent pricing on all of our vehicles, and make sure to disclaim any conditional rebates that may be associated with the vehicle. We disclose this in our disclaimer on every single vehicle. 3) When the month ends, rebates change and the pricing is unpredictable beforehand. We wanted to ensure that if you were interested in these, that we could help accommodate your requests as best as possible. The gray vehicle you were looking at sold, and we offered the trade value you requested if you were interested in a black one. We are sorry you had a negative experience with us, but did our best to meet your needs as a customer. Thank you.
