My husband and I called about a truck well over a month ago. The customer service was less than satisfactory and the salesman typically wanted to communicate through text, which is very frustrating. We were told the truck we wanted already had a deposit. Now we continually see this “on sale,” in our eyes obvious “bait” vehicle still online for sale well over a month later it is easy to see this dealer is your typical gimmic business. They tried denying that this was their tactic of posting an “on sale” vehicle to draw customers in but clearly that is their game. No dealer would survive letting customers keep deposits on vehicles for 6+ weeks. If you want your time completely wasted, call Laura. More

My wife and I called a couple times on Saturday. We were told all the sales people were busy but they would call us back. After a while someone texted my wife asking what she wanted. We said we were interested in a mega cab for sale and wanted to look at a Carfax on it. Hours later the salesman called my wife and said he had a deposit on the truck and we could put a second deposit on it in case it fell through. She said she would talk to me about it and get back to the salesman. I called back within a couple minutes and was told Nick was busy w/ a customer but he would call me back. 3 days later and we still haven’t heard back. I am just disappointed that sales people are hungry to get your business when they think there is a likelihood of selling, but as soon as something is anything less than an “easy slam dunk” they don’t even put in the effort to call you back. On a side note, I will say the woman answering the phone each time was especially pleasant and nice to deal with. More

He walked me though everything, and I had a deal for a new Gladiator Rubicon that was so good that I drove 16 hours from NY to do business with him. What I liked most was the straight-forward pricing. I went to my bank, grabbed a check, drove to Laura, signed some papers and I was on my way back home in less than an hour! I can’t believe I’m saying this... but I had a great experience with zero negatives at a car dealership! More
