We drove into this dealership hoping to look at a car, not purchase on that day. We were introduced to a gentle, humble and extremely professional Frank Fuzer. Through all my purchase experience, I have never come across a sales adviser as experienced, knowledgeable and professional as Frank. He never made us feel as if we were being forced into making a decision too soon. His patience and tolerance was commendable. He took us for a test drive and while he knew we liked the car, he did not at any time force us to make a deal. His knowledge of all the features of this new vehicle was an indicator that he certainly has gear! This guy is a one of a kind sales advisor. He made every experience we had so pleasant that it felt unbelievable, but it was real. We walked away that same day satisfied that we commenced the purchase of a car we wanted. Next day we returned to complete the transaction and were never more sure that that was the car we wanted. We were lucky to have the best sales adviser service us. BMW, you have an assset in Frank ..... you should be very proud to have him on your team. I will recommend this gentleman, without hesitation, to all my family and friends. More
