JC and Jody were great to work with. I would definitely buy from them again. But I am completely dissatisfied With my vehicle. I think Ford should be more specific if you advertise that I would definitely buy from them again. But I am completely dissatisfied With my vehicle. I think Ford should be more specific if you advertise that the vehicle comes equipped with Apple car play then you should also state that not all features may work with your vehicle. I even asked before purchasing if car play would word with gps which was so very important to me. Only after I signed did we all find out myself and two salesmen that it did not support that function. JC has tried to help me and has been great but I’m stuck with a 30,000 dollar mistake and I am completely unsatisfied. More

No transmission fluid put back into our 2008 truck when transmission line was replaced after it rusted out on this 5+ year old vehicle. Was told we were not telling the truth, that Libby checked with the transmission line was replaced after it rusted out on this 5+ year old vehicle. Was told we were not telling the truth, that Libby checked with the mechanic who swore it was topped it off! Obviously, it was not done. We spent $779.11 on this incomplete job and are very concerned if any damage happened to our vehicle. Very, very unsatisfactory service by a Ford service department, by supposedly Ford certified mechanics, on a Ford vehicle. More
