Worst experience my husband and I had buying a used vehicle. We should have just left but we ended up making the purchase. We had everything lined up before we arrived at our appointment due to it being a 4hr round trip for us and we did not have all day to be at the dealership. They were well aware of this but continued to keep us there for almost 5hrs. and ignoring us while helping other customers. Another sales rep had offered to take us due to her not having any customers, but Dakota said no, he had all our information. During this time, we asked for spare keys 4 times during our appointment and Dakota kept saying he will have them ready. After purchasing the vehicle and signing all the paperwork, they then told us they have no spare key or a key to the locked tonneau cover and expressed their apologies, lunch was delivered and they were eating. I was so furious! The manager then says we will get ahold of the previous owner or send someone out to have keys made. After 16 days of still no extra keys the rear camera went out. My husband is currently trying to get them to fix this issue, but they are impossible to get ahold of. They ignore phone and text messages. After a few days of trying to call, we were finally able to make an appointment. They have already changed their story in the last few calls. First, they said they will fix the vehicle and it won't take long, they will give us a loaner in the meantime, but we need a credit card for the loaner. My husband and I do not have credit cards, so we refused the loaner. Now they are saying it could take months to get it fixed. I have currently owned this vehicle now for 19 days, still no spare keys and the rear camera is out! If they sit on this truck for longer than we've owned it, I will be calling Ford's Corporate Customer Service and report Lasco to the business bureau if this continues to be such a hassle. I have never been this furious or treated so poorly in my life. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Purchashed 2022 outback. 53000 dollar finance package. Battery died in a week. They replaced. No detail or appearance work done on car. Charged for it. Rear backup sensor fell out of rear bumper cover on left side. Looking thru hole it has tape holding it in place. Further inspection noted clips holding bumper cover to car(3). MISSING. VIEWED UP INSIDE COVER....ALL SENSORS ARE TAPED IN PLACE. And mounting brackets for those clips are twisted up. Right-side seal on hatchback was not clipped in. This car was presented as no wrecks. What do you think? I stuck some fasteners in those 3 holes to keep from ripping bumper cover off. I would rate this as it now stands. Something NOT TO BE TOLERATED by a consumer.
