I had taken a vehicle to Lasco Ford for a check engine light / rough idle. Originally I was advised that this was going to be an expensive repair that the warranty company was not going to cover. Anyone who has anything positive to say regarding this dealership must be a friend, family member or associated with them period. Bought a certified pre-owned car two months ago...since then it has been to the shop twice. The first time I hadn't even received the Ford Warranty card yet b/c it had to go in 5 days after I bought it, an then it has been to the shop twice. The second time it went in was because the car had ZERO brakes on the rear end. Keep in mind, I owned this car for 2 months and there were ZERO brake pads. That trip to the mechanic cost me $500 to replace the brake pads and fix the rotors. Now, you would figure the service dept. at Lasco would be willing to work with a customer on these issues, especially since I've owned this car for TWO MONTHS. You would be mistaken. My salesman immediately passes me off to someone else, while in turn the business manager simply hangs up. Meanwhile, calling the Ford Warranty department does absolutely nothing as they tell you to contact the dealership. I would not recommend buying from this dealership. More
Bought a SUV from this dealer... Had to wait 3 hours at dealership, you only have about 20 minutes on and off with salesman. HORRIBLE. 2 days after owning the window regulator broke, called the dealership well you bought it used they said cant help. Its been 2 weeks numerous problems later, cant get a return phone call or email from ANYBODY there... Wouldnt recommend, watch out!! Have fun trying to get your payment book. Cant ever get a call concerning anything!!! More

(it was an 06 Focus) After leaving, Anne (a salesperson) said it was suddenly available for sale again that same afternoon. But the price went up, the financing fell to pieces. Would never buy from them, ever!! Wrote them an email and got a silly reply from the general manager Matt. Losers by all costs. Go anywhere but here!! More
Pretty simple dealership to deal with. They have enough inventory it made things work out for me. I really wanted a long expedition that they had but it sold already. I just bought a 09 Ford Fusion from Lasko Ford. I found the car I wanted on their website, I called them and was connected with Mike. He was very helpful and lined up on the paperwork and even did the paperwork for an early lease turn-in of my Dodge Mini-Van(not even a Ford) I went down the next day and the car I had picked out was gased up and ready to go. It took me less then an hour to complete the paperwork and drive it off the lot. Maybe the others that left comments just caught them on a bad day...It was a great buying from them..I drove from an hour away and the deal worked for me! By far the best prices out there.......!!!!! Went to this dealer to look at a used truck. Was a great price, but needed new tires. The salesperson spent less then 10 minutes with us even though we were there for 2 1/2 hours, as he was attempting yo j price, but needed new tires. The financing person then submitted our information for financing and inflated our income by 3 times what it actually was. Our salesperson then asked us if we could get our employer to give us a paystub ( that no one would allegedly see) to show this amount. Very scary selling ( if not illegal??) selling practices. We had driven almost 3 hours one way to look at this vehicle and were not given friendly or even satisfactory customer service. More
I am unsure about the mixed reviews of this Ford store after my purchase. I bought a 2008 Ford Escape that was certified. I can say this is a "small" dealership, that is packed all of the time(I was there 3 times). I almost had a hard time getting a salesperson at first but it is understandable because their pricing really is the lowest anywhere. I would almost say call first and talk to someone. After reading some of the negative comments I would have to say any dealer that sells as many cars as they do is bound to have a few issues along the way, all I have to say is they were good to me.
