This place is a joke I purchased a Used 2012 Hyundai Tucson. I purchased it on a Thursday. The very next day after I purchased it (on a Friday) something flew off the back I purchased a Used 2012 Hyundai Tucson. I purchased it on a Thursday. The very next day after I purchased it (on a Friday) something flew off the back on fire as it made a big loud BOOM sound. I towed it to their location that night and went on that Saturday for service only to find out their service center closed for remodeling and wouldn't be available for weeks. I have spent plenty of time trying to figure out who is going to reimburse me for the loan that I cannot get out of because Debbie said, and I quote, "No one has your purchase agreement anymore - that store is closed. The only people you could call for reimbursement is Hyundai Corporate". First, that's a very unhelpful answer. Second, no one will take responsibility for the fact that you sold me a piece of crap that I've now been waiting on an engine for since the second week of August. No one at this dealership is helpful and in my opinion they knew there was something wrong - considering they made me sign paperwork that said there was not a recall yet BEHOLD A RECALL ON THE CARFAX. This dealership needs to get it together. I will NEVER buy a car from any of these people again. More
