Not upfront I came into this dealership to purchase a vehicle cash. I went in with my trade in and tried to purchase a Buick Enclave. The "MANAGER" told me I wou I came into this dealership to purchase a vehicle cash. I went in with my trade in and tried to purchase a Buick Enclave. The "MANAGER" told me I would get 10k for my trade in and I would only have to pay 8k for the vehicle I was interested in. When the numbers finally came out, my trade ended up being 7k. Not only that but now I was told I would have to pay almost 13k for the vehicle I wanted, even though I was told I would only pay 10k. Ridiculous! It felt like every other car dealership I have ever been to. The other problem was how long it took. Just to get the answer it took almost 2 hours. The sales girl I was with was very nice but I was not thrilled about the management and how they handled me as a customer. I ended up going to CarMax and getting 11k for my car and buying a 2015 for with 25k miles for the same price. And this one did not have dents in the doors. My suggestion is that they need to be more upfront about prices and trades. If I would of known from the beginning I would have left right away. More
