I test drove two different cars with El Gallien and he was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in the two cars. He was not super pushy and answered every question that I had accurately. After I chose the car that I wanted I dealt with Michelle Wright to assist with the financing part. She was also amazing and really helped me break down how the car buying process worked. Overall this dealership was amazing and I would rank them 1000 stars if it was an option. More

I went in to test drive a car, and work through financing. I came in pre-approved for a certain amount but it didn't work out. They helped me get a better deal with financing with a lower apr. I was a couple hundred shy from the price but they made it work and I walked out with my car the very next day! Thank you guys so very much!!! More

Everyone was very friendly and kept in contact every step of the way throughout the process.The best car dealership in town-hand down. My husband and I purchased a used 2008 Nissan Titan with LVCT in the beginning of August. My family and I needed a more reliable family car/truck and we've been wanting a truck for a long time because we are involved in a lot of outdoor activities. When the Titan presented an opportunity for us, we gave it a shot, and were initially very happy with our decision..... A few weeks after purchasing the truck, we ran into some leaking problems.. At first we thought it might have been oil, or just water... And it turns out that there was a crack in the radiator. Now as just purchasing the truck not even a month ago, you can understand our frustration when we find this out because we were told there is a 75-point inspection and for some reason this flaw was missed. After expressing our concerns with Michelle, we were rerouted to Matthew, the Service Dept Manager whom was helpful from beginning to end. He initiated contact giving us his personal cell number so that we could reach him at any time. We took the truck in the next morning, and we had expressed that we would appreciate it if it could be done by 3pm so that my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. Matthew went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out and made sure that we were taken care of... Matthew was able to get the radiator replaced that same day, and I can't tell you how much it meant to me and my family that we got this done in such a short period of time. Matthew and the Service Dept team were absolutely amazing.... And we are so grateful that we are still driving the Titan without problems today. More
