Helpful Sales Hints One of the best features of the vehicle is the smart phone integration to the monitor and all its built in features. This would require at least a 30 min session to explain and define, which was all to briefly covered to provide adequate explanation including navigation features. My Hyundai Blueink costs and features were not covered or explained until I had completed the purchase of the vehicle, and would require my credit card and should have been covered prior to the completion of the sale. Bluelink provided an email with a link to a You tube video which did explain visually all the many features this system offered which was very helpful. This two days after i had called the Dealership to ask how this worked. Sales and management did not not know. My suggestion would be to offer this video in house to aid in the sales presentation and help bolster vehicles features which are a key sales point over competing systems and make the sale more attractive. More

I was kept waiting, even though I alerted the sales staff in the beginning that I needed to leave at an exact time. Lack of communication between the sales staff and finance left me embarrassed and caused me to return three times after I took possession of the car. The sales staff was welcoming and helpful, however, I found finance to be arrogant and self absorbed. More
