Nickle and Dime If you decide to buy a vehicle from this outfit, make sure that you get floor mats and a tire repair kit. As they don't have them in the used car we If you decide to buy a vehicle from this outfit, make sure that you get floor mats and a tire repair kit. As they don't have them in the used car we bought and didn't think about needing to negotiate those standard item that would come with a car. Was also told that if we could have the extended warranty plan without any change to my payments would I like it. Of course I would I said. So then they raised my interest rate and changed the plan to extend out an additional 12 months without telling me. Just watch your back because they will take advantage of you if they can. It also shows how little the company cares for the customer and the vehicles they sell when they don't take pride and make sure the car as a customer you have the equipment that came with the original car, or give a replacement for those minor items. More
