My wife and I came in on Feburary 14th with the intention of purchasing one vehicle and ended up leaving with two. Brian Epps was our sales person and he was great. When it came time to renew my tabs, the DMV noticed that the odometer paper work was not signed by the dealership when the papers were being processed. When I went to talk to the dealership about my issue, first person to approach me luckely happend to be the general manager , Tom Todak. I explained to him the reason of my visit, and he pulled me into his office and apologized first, then gladly offered to pay for the renewal of my tabs from his own pocket. I was surprised when he pulled the money out of his wallet and shook my hand. At that moment I knew I made a good choice of picking the dealership to buy my car from. I left with a big smile on my face. Great people, can't wait to work with them again on my next vehicle purchase. You can't really go wrong with Larson Toyota of Tacoma, thank you. More

This was the best experience I had buying a car. I brought the car and then change my mind about that particular car. The sales assosciate, Darnell Hurd and the general sales manager, located the car brought the car and then change my mind about that particular car. Was very happy with the two salesmen. Originally worked with David Cowan and test drove the Toyota Sequioa. Next day wasn't intending to go to toyota but I test drove a different brand of car and was unha with David Cowan and test drove the Toyota Sequioa. Next day wasn't intending to go to toyota but I test drove a different brand of car and was unhappy so I crossed the street back to Toyota and worked with Henry, (David was working with a different customer). Ended up buying two vehicles the next day, and since Henry was still a new salesman, David was at his side to answer our questions and make sure we had a good experience. I liked the way I felt respected and the down-to-earth ease of David. He was excited about his job as was Henry. Henry, although new, was confident and asked others if he didn't know an answer instead of just trying to appease me. I would buy another vehicle at this dealership in the future. More
