I have been in the market for a RAV4 for a very long time (maybe a year) and finally took the leap to contact Larson Toyota in March. For starters, Elizabeth, my salesperson, and Sarah, my Finance Manager, started with asking exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. They heard me out on my preferences between standard vs. hybrid options, vehicle color, primary use for the vehicle, etc. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle I was interested in taking for a test drive and quickly helped me narrow down my selection. The finance options were clear and easy to choose from, as were optional warranty and protection packages. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Bought a $60k toyota hybrid blew transmission in 6 months. Asked for a non hybrid trade in and they offered one to me taking $19k off the trade in value.
