Do Not PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY HUSBAND ENTERED THIS DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT A CAR. DUE TO HIS PROBLEMS WITH ADHD AND DYSLEXIA HE FELT PRESSURED TO PURCHASE A CAR. HE WAS TALKED INT MY HUSBAND ENTERED THIS DEALERSHIP TO LOOK AT A CAR. DUE TO HIS PROBLEMS WITH ADHD AND DYSLEXIA HE FELT PRESSURED TO PURCHASE A CAR. HE WAS TALKED INTO SIGNING PAPERS AND LEAVE OUR CAR FOR A DOWN PAYMENT. (I AM ALSO ON THE TITLE).HE RETURNED HOME. i HAD HIM IMMEDIATELY CALL THE DEALER BACK AND TELL THEM HE DID NOT WANT THE CAR. tHEY INFORMED HIM THEY COULD NOT DO IT THAT NIGHT , BUT TO COME BACK MONDAY, WHEN THEY PROMISED A HAPPY OUTCOME. HE WENT IN TO TAKE CARE OF THIS , WITH A COPY OF THE TITLE IN HIS HAND, SHOWING HE COULD NOT RELEASE OUR CAR.THEY OF COURSE WERE PREPARED WITH STATE LAW AND SUCH, SINCE THEY HAD A WHOLE WEEKEND TO GET THEIR DUCKS IN A ROW. HE COULD GET HIS CAR BACK,BUT HE HAD PURCHASED A CAR AND THAT WAS IT . AND THEY WOULD NOT RELEASE THE KEYS UNLESS HE HAD TWO DRIVERS WITH HIM TO DRIVE TWO CARS HOME. i TRIED TO TALK TO THEM AND TELL THEM WE COULD NOT AFFORD A NEW CAR. THIS TIME LAST YEAR WE ALMOST LOST OUR HOUSE TO FORECLOSURE.THEY DID SAY THEY WERE WILLING G TO WORK WITH US, BUT BOTTOM LINE , WE WERE BUYING A CAR NO MATTER WHAT. THEY SAID I WAS UNREASONABLE AND THE AMOUNT I COULD AFFORD WAS RIDICULOUS. SO WE NOW HAVE A CAR WE CAN NOT AFFORD. A MARRIAGE HAS BEEN DESTROYED. WE NO LONGER LIVE TOGETHER. THEY STATE THEY PROUDLY OFFER COMMUNITY SERVICE......NO THEY DO NOT. THEY ARE OUT TO MAKE A BUCK. CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO RIP THE PAPER WORK AND CALL ITA DAY AND TELL HIM NOT TO EVER COME BACK. More

I selected Larson Ford as my first stop because they seemed to have the largest inventory out of all the local dealers and glad I did. I was interested in a pick up but didn't know anything about the different types and options of the F150. Bob was very informative, he showed me all of the different trucks and explained all of the options making it simple to narrow down the one I wanted. He gave me a fair price without any haggling and never made the experience feel like a sales process. Since my current lease was not up for another 10 days I couldn't lease the truck that day but Bob held it for me. The manager also introduced himself offering his contact info in case Bob was off and I had a question. Great experience, great place, Thanks Bob! More
