Worst Customer Service Ever!!! I purchased a Nissan in January and was told I would get extra keys and manuel. I finally talked to Larry who said I was entitled to nothing, but he would order it anyway. When I called a week later to see if it was ordered, Larry was so rude!! He actually said 'what is your problem? Forget about everyone else you delt with, your talking to Larry now. The key is coming but you can go to the dealer to program it yourself, the book is coming from eBay" Four months later I got it plus the bill from Nissan to get my fob programmed. If I could rate a big fat zero I would!!! No one should be treated and talked to the way he talked to me More

terrible This particular dealership has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I've ever been to. they stole things out of my car when I took it there for service, This particular dealership has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST dealership I've ever been to. they stole things out of my car when I took it there for service, overcharged me for said service, then not 10 miles away from the dealership the engine becomes useless and has been drained of oil and coolant. the worst part is this guy won't do anything without giving me that bull crap "well bring it in and we'll see what we can do for ya" cause that's how I ended up getting charged over 400 dollars for a starter replacement before I even made it past 2500 miles. More
