My parents and I were being helped by Michal Kania who was really nice and made our experience very relaxing and comfortable. He asked what I was looking for as far as features in a car and showed me different options. We then took a test drive in the Jeep Cherokee but they didn't have the car in black, which is what I originally wanted, so Michal explained that he would be able to order it for me as long as I liked how the car drove and not once did he pressure me or parents on purchasing a car. Next thing you know I'm signing papers on my new car! I was very satisfied leaving the dealership and excited since it was my first time. The difference was night and day - We worked with Scott Campbell in sales and Frank Visco in finance. Both worked to get us a GREAT deal on a 2016 Cherokee. The overall process was quick, but since it was a Saturday, we did end up having to wait a considerable time before we could finalize the purchase. All-in-all, we left happy with our purchase. More

We were greeted and welcomed by Kevin S. who asked how he could help and I gave him my list and told him my first two picks. The customer service was great I was able to look over at all my picks and choose which one was going to be my next Jeep. There was no pressure, we were walked through the whole process and when it came down to the pricing Roesch worked with us on the numbers that we were comfortable with to close the deal.
