We decided it was time to look for my husband a new truck, so we stopped by Larry Puckett to see what they had on the lot. There were a few things about the truck that had my husband not certain that this was the truck for him, but CT did everything he could to make my husband happy. By the time we sat down to talk numbers I had never seen my husband as happy to be buying a vehicle as he was with this one. CT went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. Everything that happened that day was smooth and easy. We always feel as though we are top priority customers when we are on the lot from the moment we get there till the time we leave. Financing is always very smooth, and well explained with them working every angle to get us the best rate they can get us. I called Ms. Webster prior to my visit and from that point everything fell in place. She greeted my Husband and I with a smile that could light up the whole city. She showed me the exact Car that I was looking for and also was able to satisfy any concern we had. She simply made it happen. After our purchase she continued to assist us until all concerns were satified. I recently spoke with her again, after having a tire punctured. She quickly referred me to a gentleman named, Lewis who works in the Auto Repair Department. He also was very effecient and curtious. It was truly a delightful experience.
