We bought our 2022 Honda Insight Touring from Larry Hopkins in Sunnyvale. The entire team, from Hasan, the Sales Manager, to Mohammad Iqbal, our salesman, to Jesse in Finance, were helpful, patient, Hopkins in Sunnyvale. The entire team, from Hasan, the Sales Manager, to Mohammad Iqbal, our salesman, to Jesse in Finance, were helpful, patient, and NOT PUSHY. They worked very hard to answer our questions, but gave us time to talk it through and make our own decision, without normal dealer pressure or up-selling. Mohammed in particular was gracious, professional and kind, and we will be going back to this team again for our next Honda. The pricing was great, and they met my expectations, even during the chip shortage. They were all men of their word, as we worked through our decision to buy a new car. More
This is the worst place to take your car for service. First they take service orders stating they are available online with appointments and then 4.5 hrs call and say they cannot service due to backup an First they take service orders stating they are available online with appointments and then 4.5 hrs call and say they cannot service due to backup and delays then next available time and date is next week without even apologizing for delays of no fault of customers. They don't have proper trained employees to handle customers. The person who was assigned as a Service writer was "Jacquelyn Olivares" has no IOTA how to treat customers or I bet no experience in the service related industry. Maybe she got recruited through some reference :-). Such people who cannot handle requests, plan work and compassion for customer time are disgrace to this "once good" Honda Dealer in BayArea. On top of it since they don't have pickup/drop off due to pandemic which is understandable given the circumstances but if the customer says they use personal Uber for to and fro after drop and pickup vehicle again no apologize for the delay just say "No Worries". Pathetic dealer service unit. Stay away from the service from Larry Hopkins Service centre. More
Not the best Honda dealers to work with. They are usually very busy and are unwilling to give you all the details be it a sales purchase or a service or a repair. Their attitude shows up clearly as arrogance very busy and are unwilling to give you all the details be it a sales purchase or a service or a repair. Their attitude shows up clearly as arrogance and you hardly can have a good experience at this dealership. Honda cars sell a lot and they are probably benefitting from this and not bothered or interested in giving you a good customer experience. More
