Scheduled an appointment with all three and finally I decided to go with "Larry Hopkins Honda of Sunnyvale, CA." They had the exact car that I was looking for. I was assigned a sales coordinator by the name Kal. Mr. Kal was calm and at the same time determined to make my buying experience as smooth as possible. He was always courteous, thorough and conscientious. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he gave me ample time to make my final decision. He worked hard to get me the price I wanted and was very reasonable in his approach to sell me this car. I would totally and without any reservation recommend Mr. Kal and Larry Hopkins of Sunnyvale, Ca. My only caveat is that you need to do your research and to know exactly what you want to buy and what you can afford. Good deals I got a deal for 2016 Accord EX-L through Edmunds.com and Mina Fam (Internet sales guy) contacted me. He was very helpful and offered me lower price t I got a deal for 2016 Accord EX-L through Edmunds.com and Mina Fam (Internet sales guy) contacted me. He was very helpful and offered me lower price than the lowest offer I got from other dealerships. He let me test drive the car and did not rush me through the process. He also explained the cost and everything patiently. I just did not like the finance guy, Hassan, and his manager because they forced me to buy an alarm system and a service package(which I canceled a day after). They told me I have to get those so they can offer me that price. I felt Hassan rushed me through the paper work and Hassan's manager was very rude and not helpful at all. I highly recommend for sales contact Mina Fam and get help from him but AVOID the finance guy called Hassan and his manager. In general I really liked that Mina offered me a really good deal on this car!!!! More

car care plan cancellation I bought my FIT in early Feb this year and I also purchase car care plan for almost $1100. But the more I think about the less I wanted the plan so I decided to cancel it about a week later in mid-Feb. Cancellation was painless. However, they haven't refund my money and it has been almost 11 weeks!!! I am thinking about picking in front of their shop! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! More
