I used a couple of shopping services (Consumer Reports & Costco) and had bids from two nearby dealers. I made an appointment after receiving Hopkin’s bid and had a nice, discussion with Jay — no pressure. I went back the next day and drove the car. Jay gave me a very good overview of the car (an Accord) and boy, have things changed in cars! An overview of the newer cars was absolutely necessary and they gave me all the details I needed. I went back a day or so later and discussed price — they met the other bid. I went back again with my bank check and drove my new car home. Jay spent at least another hour going over the car’s function with me and my wife; most generous with his time. Do your homework before you visit any dealership so the discussion can go smoothly. These guys were great! More

In 2 minutes I felt like I’ve known him for years. Wasn’t like other salesman, answered my questions, but didn’t push me to buy the car. Asked me if I liked to drive the vehicle and when I returned he asked what other cars I was interested in so I told him. He told me to go and test drive the Toyota and jeep and then come back and talk to him. I did what he said and came back and bought the Honda. Everything he said was true, and bought it that day. His friend who works with him (he referred to him as the Doctor and he knew everything there is about the vehicle and quickly went over it with me. All I needed to do was choose the color and trim, I chose the modern steel metallic EX-L. Benjamin walked me through on how to fill out the forms and while waiting for my paperwork to get approved by my bank we chit chatted about a future roadtrip I will be taking with my family on in spring. When we received our keys, Benjamin walked us through one last time the many features of the car. My family is excited with our recent purchase and now there’s so much more room everyone is comfortable and happy even our family dog. A week after purchasing the car, Benjamin called to ask how we were enjoying the car. I told him we love it and the kids enjoy looking at the cameras and knowing that a drone is following us as we safely park the car. There’s no drone, it’s just the multi view camera.
