I had to have a minor repair done on my vehicle and could not be more impressed with the Assistant Service Manager, Andrew Asman, as well as the Service Manager, Brandon Sauber. They have been professional, courteous, and have are very willing to do anything to make me a happy VW customer. I would recommend buying a vehicle at this dealership as well as any maintenance or repairs you might need. Far better than other VW dealerships in Tucson. Thanks so much for everything! -Amirah More

He was waiting for me to arrive at the scheduled appointment time and quickly checked in my vehicle. Once checked in, he personally drove me to my place of employment so I wouldn't miss the weekly early morning meeting. My Service Technician Terry, continues to provide outstanding service and quality workmanship on all my vehicles. I was very happy with the installation and all problems I was experiencing are now resolved. I will continue to bring my vehicles to LHM VW Service and wouldn't trust anyone but Terry to work on my wife's vehicle! Thank you for the outstanding work. More
Vehicle inspection cost me a buyer for my car. A possible buyer for my 2007 Jetta requested to have my car inspected prior to purchasing my car. Dealer found some minor leaks (7 YEAR OLD CAR) One leak according to the was from the transmission case. wrote down "Tech found that the transmission case is leaking. On this model the transmission is sealed and would have to be replaced in order to fix the issue" Ofcourse after reading this, my buyer did not want to purcahse my car. I took my car the following morning, date of this post, to a transmission reapair shop I had used before, They inspected the vehicle, found a loose bolt, not a bad case, toped off the transmission flud, test drove it and assured me that there was nothing else wrong with my transmission. Suggested a routing maintanence service but found no transmission problems. More
Buyer beware. Test drove a used 2012 Golf TDI that they said had a tech package. They tried to tell me how great of a deal this car was. They actually did me a favor as I walked away. The car said on their website that it had navigation, sun roof/moonroof, it did not. I believe that with tech package it has push start, this car used a key. They tried to tell me that the car was worth 23k + and was on Internet blowout. Well blowing was right. I looked at KBB. The fair purchase price is 19500. They have it listed as 19999. I test drove a new 2015 on a different lot and the used one seemed like there was something wrong with the brakes. The manager was a little defensive, but the sales guy was great... Mario. He tried to help, but the manager would not budge even after Mario pointed out the errors of the listing. I checked the dealer website today and the car is still listed with features it does not have. Guess they are trying to get you to come in. More

Nice car, though a few complaints about the sales process I received a fair price on the vehicle I wanted (Jetta Sportwagen TDI) from Larry H. Miller. Steve was very friendly and responsive to my emails befor I received a fair price on the vehicle I wanted (Jetta Sportwagen TDI) from Larry H. Miller. Steve was very friendly and responsive to my emails before I came into the dealership. The fit and finish of the vehicle are everything that I hoped for. However, there were a couple of niggles during the sales process: 1. It took the dealership over a week to ship the vehicle from another dealer in New Mexico. 2. Even though I purchased the vehicle in cash, I was still asked to fill out a credit application in order to make sure that I was “not a terrorist.” I understand that under the requirements of the Patriot Act, dealers are required to run such a background check involving purchases in cash worth more than $10,000. (Even still, I am not sure whether a credit application is the proper tool for this). However, this applies only to literal cash payments or money orders. Since I was paying with a check, this kind of reporting should not have applied to me. 3. The finance salesperson, Kyle, gave me a long hard sell on the dealership extended warranty. I had decided before I came to the dealer that I did not want to purchase such a policy. I let Kyle know that nothing he could say would change my mind, and I wanted to proceed to signing the final contract. He told me that it was his “job” to offer this sales pitch, and I would just have to sit through it. I understand that the dealer makes a lot of money on selling these extended warranties, and the salesman has a strong incentive to up sell me on the warranty. But it would be refreshing if the salesman would respect my time by not making me sit through such a long sales pitch when I have already made up my mind. More

Appointment at 1:00. Car stood outside until 2:00. The reason for my appointment was to get a new battery installed. Was told it would take 40 minutes to one hour at time of appointment. Do you want to replace it today? Was them told it would be a few more minutes and the car would be ready. Was finally given the car keys at 4:27 as I paid my charges of 186.87. No "sorry for the wait, thanks for choosing us, call with any problems or concerns...nothing. I originally purchased my car at Camelback Volkswagon in Phoenix and will be driving the 125 miles to this dealership to have any other maintenance done. What a joke of a dealership Larry Miller is. For some reason they could not access my car under the Volkswagon network to see the previous maintenance ALWAYS done at Camelback to see if my old Volkswagon battery was under in type of warranty. I need to bring in written proof from Camelback Phoenix!! More

My husband and myself had been doing research on cars for about a month before we decided to go look at Volkswagen of Tucson. Mind you I looked online almost daily to try and find a car in our price range an about a month before we decided to go look at Volkswagen of Tucson. Mind you I looked online almost daily to try and find a car in our price range and was very happy to see there were a few. My husband and I went in and immediately Michael was right there helping us look for a car that suited our needs. He was never pushy about a car that we didn't want or pushing us to spend more. Now our credit is not the best and we were having a tough time trying to find a lender and wait for about 2 days before my husband became anxious and decided to go down and see what was going on. We were very lucky we did because during those 2 days Michael, Tim and their financing team worked very hard to find a lender with a reasonable interest so we were able to leave with a car! I'm very pleased with the service and courtesy we were shown. I look forward to going back and purchasing another vehicle from them! More
