Terrible Service and ability to communicate. I stopped in Larry Miller VW Tucson today to get my oil changed. I am from Phoenix and a few months ago my husband's company relocated him to Tucson. I stopped in Larry Miller VW Tucson today to get my oil changed. I am from Phoenix and a few months ago my husband's company relocated him to Tucson. I have had my Jetta for 7 years and prior to that I had a beetle. Therefore, I am very familiar with the way VW service departments work. I also know that they offer express services where you can get your oil changed without an appointment. I went online to see what time their service department closed and it stated they were open until 6. Therefore, I woke my 2 year old son up from his nap to ensure I was there by 4. When I got there. Was greeted by an unfriendly woman who asked if I was a specific customer. I said no that I was there to get my oil changed. She informed me that the service technicians leave in 45 minutes and that they couldn't change my oil. I questioned why the website stated they were open until 6 and she said because the technicians leave at 5 and they are there for customers until 6. I then proceeded to ask if the technicians leave at 5 they can't change my oil in an hour and she informed me that it takes an hour and a half to perform their detailed oil changes and I must not be familiar with what they entail. I have been a VW owner for over 10 years and had my fair share of oil changes none which took an hour and a half and I used Larry Miller VW in Phoenix. On my way home I was frustrated because I am in an unfamiliar place trying to start a life here in Tucson and this is my first impression? So I called and just my luck the person who answered the phone was the same one who I talked to when I was there..... Not impressed. I asked to speak to the service manager and she said he wasn't in his office. She couldn't answer any question I had nor was she apologetic or empathic to my frustration. She finally asked if she could have the manager call me when he came back to the office and I said sure that would be great...... It's 8:45 and I never received a call. I think what bothers me the most is that the one thing I was told about Tucson is how wonderful the people are and how willing they are to help. It's a smaller town feel. That's definitely not the service I received today. I also know that I need a few things repaired, the dealer I use regularly warned me I would need to get new boots at my next oil change. So I thought I would get my oil changed build a relationship with the new dealership and have them do the work. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like it is going to work that way. Looks like I will be driving to Phoenix to work with a VW dealership who cares about their customers. More
Stay away. Big time run around I was quoted on a lease passat for $238 a month. When i called to say i was comming in they said sorry we mad a mistake its around 285 and i never sai I was quoted on a lease passat for $238 a month. So I still decided to go in and negotiate because I really like the car when I made an offer of 269 the sales manager said the salesperson back at 295 which was higher than the 285. I.got so sick of the run around i just gave up on making the deal. On top of that that sales manager didnt even come over to talk to us as we just walked out More
Rudest Service I have ever encountered at a VW Dealership It used to be such a nice experience to go in there - I wonder what happened?! Travis at the service desk was actually sarcastic and treated my issue like a joke when I called. Finally (after being interrupted several times) I asked to speak to a Manager. It took them an hour to call me. By then I had taken the car to the service department at another dealer and already test driven a few cars. The other dealer actually repaired the issue at no charge in less than five minutes, treated me with respect and I have an appointment to but a new SUV. An unnamed manager from Larry H. Miller VW called me back on a speaker phone that made him sound like he was calling from space. When he begrudgingly picked up the receiver so I could hear him he was unapologetic, he then proceeded to tell me how great the service employee is and that calling me back was a waste of his time. He then raised his voice to speak over me while I was trying to explain the situation with my vehicle. When I went on the explain that the issue with the car had been resolved elsewhere HE ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME. xxx?Who treats customers like this? The only only reason I called in the first place was because THEY told me too if I ever need help with it again?! Long story short - they are not even good to deal with when you are looking to buy a vehicle and getting them to keep their word is a joke. There should be an option for zero stars. More
NOT recommended for service I have been there once, tried twice, only because I had the gift card VW offered. Service people are rude, they don't even look up to say hello when you walk in. I go in to get an oil change, walk out to my car and my oil light is on, wasn't on when I arrived. Then about a week later, my car starts warning me to add blue - my car is a diesel, shouldn't that be something that the mechanics at a VW SERVICE DEPT should know? So frustrating to say the least. I still have half of my gift card, and have decided to not go back for a free service, but to use another place instead based on customer service alone. My oil change cost, inspection cost me almost $250! Never again will I return. More

His prescribed time allotment for job completion came in earlier, thus releasing us earlier than we’d predicted - - once again, ideal - - he ALWAYS makes the right call!! Being paralytic and unable to access the “extra treats” of refreshments provided by LHMV, either Andrew and/or Travis made themselves available to meet our needs! Like previous visits, Andrew was at his top notch role in both providing for & meeting the expectations of yet another visit to the Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Service Department . . . Would NEVER return I recently filed a BK and the treatment I got for this dealership was unforgettable. 1. was not given much of a choice. 2. sales woman Jennifer Duran I recently filed a BK and the treatment I got for this dealership was unforgettable. 1. was not given much of a choice. 2. sales woman Jennifer Duran was rather pushy about writing a review that day before paper work was finished. 3. I was given the chance to take the car home. The following day I wrote and Email to the parts department voicing my concerns on a few things I noticed. Was told things would be taken care of and once again rushed to finish paper work. After all the paper were signed was told by the Finance person himself Kyle Larmey that was not in paper work so Larry H Miller was not going to honor the repairs. After numerous calls nothing. Now stuck with a car that I seriously owe twice as much. Car was priced at 12,000 and only worth 7,000, Sad to see a large car dealership take advantage of costumers with horrible credit situation. SO BEWARE this dealership is not a good recommendation. More
