It doesn't need to be this way! If they have a decent product and have it priced competitively, the cars will sell without manipulative babble. Trade-in price offered was $1k below others, the sticker price of the car I was interested in was above KBB. I see now the price has been dropped by $2k in a week. More

First-Class Service Department My new 2016 GTi was delivered with a problem in the automatic clutch system that caused the car to sort of stumble at low rpm, but not all the time. T My new 2016 GTi was delivered with a problem in the automatic clutch system that caused the car to sort of stumble at low rpm, but not all the time. The service tech drove the car until the symptoms reoccurred and knew what to do to fix it. A new part had to come from Germany, but Andrew (service manager) was able to expedite the part through customs and get it installed and tested--total time from diagnosis to completion in under a week. And he was able to fix that mystery rattle in the dash while the car was in the shop. Thank you! More
