I dread the car buying experience and this dealership made it easy. Cindy Oursler was our sales lady. She has to be fairly new in the business because her product knowledge wasn't top notch but she defin made it easy. Cindy Oursler was our sales lady. We bought one of the new Passats and absolutely LOVE the car! The management staff at the dealership was very accomodating and the General Manager even introduced himself and thanked us for visiting the store before we bought. That impressed me! The negotiation went smooth and we left the dealership feeling great about everything.If that wasn't enough, several days later we got a tin of cookies in the mail that were delicious! It's a great feeling to have a car dealership and it's employees display that they care about their clients. I had a clear mask and tint installed about 3 days after the sale and they supplied me loaner car at no expense and then filled my car with gas again. Cindy asked for us to refer our friends and family, which is the least we can do for the service we received. My wife suggested writing a review and here I am. If you're looking for more than just a great price, then this dealership will surprise you. I am actually looking forward to first service. When I was introduced to the Service Manager, he actually offered my daughter a free dance lesson at his wife's dance studio. Everyone we met was genuinely concerned for our well-being and experience. Can't say enough good things about this store. Thanks! More
