Purchased a Jeep and the next morning had to return it because the computer was spazzing out. Drove away a nissan next with more expensive payments and for longer term. Turns out, my traded in vehicle was repossessed from the dealership because they asked for a 10 day pay off and never paid it off!! So now they say I’m at fault and i need to bring their car back or else they’ll use my down payment money to repossess my new car. So im out a vehicle AND they got my old one taken. Avoid these people !!! BEWARE !!! More

Within 24 hours of leaving the Lot, we noticed several things that we don't normally check for doing our own inspection of the car. The car doesn't blow out warm air on the passenger side, and the license things that we don't normally check for doing our own inspection of the car. The car doesn't blow out warm air on the passenger side, and the license plate bolts are stripped so we will need to reinstall new pieces to install our license plate. After asking our dealer about it, he just dismissed us and acted as if it were our fault for not noticing it. More
This has been the worst buying and service experience of my life. I should’ve been more picky about the car I chose because it has been riddled with issues, but I had hope that the service department would my life. I should’ve been more picky about the car I chose because it has been riddled with issues, but I had hope that the service department would at least be a decent experience. I took my car in to have a shock absorber replaced and when I got my car back I had a variety of warnings and my car was literally sliding across the lanes because they did not put it back together correctly. I could have been seriously injured because of their negligence. They haven’t taken accountability for their mistake and have instead avoided communication and have offered no solutions. I wish I could give 0 stars. More
