JJ was very patient with me. It was late at night and past closing. He made it feel like he had all the time in the world to make my decision. I took out the vehicle a couple of times to test drive. When we returned, again Ryan and Joe greeted and treated us warmly and made us feel comfortable. Joe assured us that this would not be any kind of hustle. We firmly and defensively stated what we desired and nothing more. Joe listened, politely presented us with the results of his homework and recommended the ideal car for our situation. We never felt rushed, forced or pushed into a situation. As we relaxed and realized this, we could see that we were being serviced by an expert in his field, Joe Johnson.
