Normally I would keep them to myself, but what they have done to me, and I'm sure hundreds of other people that has not caught it amazes me and I feel like I need to warn all my family, and friends so it does not happen to them. If you have purchased a vehicle from LHM I would recommend you double checking your loan. 3 years ago I traded in my Nissan Altima, for a Mitsubishi Lancer. Two weeks later I got a phone call stating that I needed to return the car (I was thinking the loan didn't go through) I take the car back and they had already sold my trade in. Then, they proceed to sell me a car that is "so high in value" that I can come back after a year and get the lancer, or a different car if proffered. Well, three years later I go to trade in my car and trade in was valued at $7,000 after my loan was $23,000. I was furious that I was completely lied to, I thought I would contact the managers at Larry H Miller, I let them know my frustrations, and how I feel like I was taken advantage of, then he proceeded to let me know they sold me my car for $12,800. WHAT???? That's weird because I still owe $12,300 on my vehicle. So where did all that money go that I have been paying? The manager sounded really concerned, and set up a meeting with me. I went into for the meeting, and still the numbers were not adding up. My question is still, if I paid $12,800 for a car, why is my loan $23,000? Almost double. He made it sound like they were going to get me into a new vehicle and take out the money that has been paid, what they did not know, was I was just at a different dealership looking at the same cars for 12-15,000$ Larry H Miller was wanting to sell the same ones for $28-32,000 more I can now see how they were going to handle it, buy me paying half my loan, that was only supposed to be $12 grand they were going to pretend to give that back to me, but just make the car more expensive. ANYONE ELSE SEE THIS PROBLEM? Then they proceeded to tell me that my credit is the problem and the only way for that to go up is buying a new car, having a car on there, or credit card or house loan will not help my credit, only buying a new car. It was beyond belief. Who are these people? The guy that sold me my car 3 years ago, and was let go because of some other similar situations. They did not give me much more information on him, but clearly they are not willing to help out in anyway. A few years ago, they had a huge lawsuit filed against them, and I am doing my research as to why that was. I will be sure to make sure they do not get away with this, you can go ahead and share with your friends so they don't get double charged in their car loan. THIS NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AND CORRECTED. $12,000 is a lot of money for someone to just pocket. I have reached out to many people, and there are quite a few that has had this problem! We are going to get this fixed! More

It was horrible experience with the financial team!!! It took over 3 weeks for them to get financing complete when it was from my bank. Impossible to get anyone at this dealership on the phone so we ended up driving 40 minutes round trip, five different times just to check on the status. Then when it FINALLY financed no one called for a most a week. There was some light scratches on the side of vehicle. We scheduled a time and brought in the car. When we went to t he service center we were told we had to leave the car a week! A week for some scratches? The sales manager told us they wouldn't cover a rental car or assist in any way. WORST CAR LOT IN UTAH More

unhappy and stressed I just recently purchased a 2007 dodge ram 3500 6.7 on which I traded my 2004 chevy silverado 2500 6.6 on and was given a very unreasonable price for I just recently purchased a 2007 dodge ram 3500 6.7 on which I traded my 2004 chevy silverado 2500 6.6 on and was given a very unreasonable price for both trucks which in the end resulted in a 40,000 truck with a 150k miles on which was forced to buy "or had to pay 8000.00 in negitive inventory" because they had already sold my truck without even making a deal on the new one! That's one issue the other is I've only owned it 24 days and it has been in the shop 4 times and is currently there and is costing more money because they say the warranty I paid for doesn't cover any of the repairs being done. I really just want out of this lemon and back in my old truck! More
Terrible Customer Service. Sleezy management. The Manager called me "A Victim Of My Good Credit". Truthfully, I am a victim of LHM. I was browsing Jeep Wranglers on 06/18. I spoke w/ Randy about a test drive, telling him explicitly, I only wanted to test drive, that’s all. Randy's manager (Corey?) tried to get me to buy the jeep on the spot. He was extremely pushy & rude so I left. Randy called me again on 06/20 & talked me into coming back in.. I was promised that a different Manager would work with me & they would get me the payment I wanted. They told me we could negotiate on a down payment within 30 days of signing & asked me what kind of payment I wanted. I said 300.00/mo was my MAX. They haggled me into 339/mo. Which I immediately regretted consensus on, as my current payment is 225/mo. I was physically ill. But I signed the paperwork out of pressure. As I walked out to the parking lot I felt that the deal wasn't affordable. I wasn’t happy w/ my payment & wanted to keep my trade-in & walk.. This wasn’t right, so I asked to call off the deal. This was within less than 5 minutes of signing. The Managers response was: "You signed just as fast as anyone & I refuse to back out of this contract." He wouldn’t look me in the eye and said, “I was a victim of my good credit” & now I am “stuck with my ‘grown up’ decision”. I begged him there in the office in front of everyone to please help me... The deal’s age was only 5 minutes long & I felt instantaneous buyer’s remorse. LHM has no intention of showing me compassion. It has been 2 days and I am still physically overcome with nausea about the pressure into signing this contract. I am sick with how LHM has verbally stated that I did this to myself and will refuse to help me in any way shape or form. I am unhappy and not agreeable with the contract terms, and need this fixed. Randy was a great salesman and easy to work with. But the management was sleezy and left me feeling sick to my stomach. More

Best price and very friendly J.J. and Pete were great. They had to go find me a car because the car I was going to buy they sold the previous week. I am giving this company 1 star overall because since I initially bought my car the experience went downhill very quickly. The customer service is lazy and apathetic. I have never seen such a complete lack of follow through. I've also never been lied to so much. The communication has been horrible especially with important things (such as my car being done with service or I that I need to bring my car in to be inspected even though they had it overnight), and only when I call them or go back to the dealership do I get half- way answers even though multiple times I am told I will be called first thing in the morning. I want nothing more than to be done with this company. I waited for over half of an hour yesterday for help and then the "help" I got was superficial and really lacking in seeing that it was important. I called again today and got the run around, not a single apology. All I got from the finance manager was "I can only speak for myself." What happened to being the face of the company when dealing with customers? I have worked in customer service for many many years now and know I can and SHOULD expect more than this. This is the second bad experience that I've had with this company. I am regretting giving them a second chance because this time was actually worse than the first.
