We had a 10:00 appointment and told our oil change and tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us tire rotation could take up to 3 hours. We let them know I had a 1:00 medical appointment. Tim took over and reassured us he personally would get us out within 90 mins. He also rubbed out some black marks on tne back side of our car at no extra charge. Shakoda personally made sure everything was done and we were out in less than 90 mins. They both were very kind and personal and efficient. Bravo for tremendous service especially in these days of so many employees cutting corners. More

A few years ago, I’ve had my issues with one technician who broke my cabin air filter cover and then tried to play it off as it was prior damage. Luckily my dashcam caught the event and the conversation th who broke my cabin air filter cover and then tried to play it off as it was prior damage. Luckily my dashcam caught the event and the conversation the tech had when he broke it. Literally said, “we’ll write it up as already broken”. I was able to approach management with the video evidence and the apologies came. As expected. I didn’t have them do anything for me but they took care of other people in the room who heard the conversation and I was ok with that. The part for me to fix was .26 cents.(seriously). I just want honesty people, with service and let me know the good news or bad news. That tech is no longer there, probably from other issues. I’m sure this case didn’t help. I always worry that they’ll tamper with my dashcam, but they haven’t. No need to disconnect my dashcam when all you’re doing as in oil change. In fact unless they’re removing the windshield, don’t tamper with it. My burden of proof is there to protect me and my assets. However, just because of one bad seed, I attempted to use LHM one more time and they totally change my attitude toward them and they haven’t disappointed. Good work to the team. See you all in 6 months. More
