I took my vehicle in for oil service, waited for about 2 hours, and I saw the service tech when he would go and talk to customers about there car maintenance was done, but I was texted by him, instead of hi hours, and I saw the service tech when he would go and talk to customers about there car maintenance was done, but I was texted by him, instead of him coming to me to let me know about my vehicle, he was just sitting at his desk waiting for me. Dealership was extremely busy which is a good sign. We were there 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.
