The technician failed to put my engine air filter assembly back together. This could ruin my vehicle and engine. Isn’t there a process to verify? I appreciated the fact that Eric was willing to check into my extended warranty coverage and found that I was covered for some of the repairs. A savings of $937.00. 8/1/2024-went into service as my hood holder was not secure. Mngr Tim charged off replacement clips. My check engine light came on a few days ago so while there Tim scanned for codes. It reported an ig secure. Mngr Tim charged off replacement clips. My check engine light came on a few days ago so while there Tim scanned for codes. It reported an ignition coil error. They scheduled me for the next day. The cost was a bit, however my warranty covered me. I used my savings to get the car detailed. Thaks More
