Went in for service on my Prius, a follow-up to two previous visits. Was told they didn’t have the part necessary because “nobody reads the notes left in the online appointment system”. Furthermore, the technician flatly refused to run any diagnostics for the problem, with the service advisor suggesting that I pay for troubleshooting steps, even if they didn’t work, totaling $1500. This is simply to get a headlight working. my Prius has been serviced here for overi a decade and lately I’ve been feeling like they care less about the customer and more about the money I bring them. I was considering purchasing a new Toyota from them, but the lack of service in their service department has made me start considering other dealers. More
