I went to the Dealership on Camelback, they had the part ready for my appointment within 1 day of calling them. They took me in early and treated me great. So great I had them do an additional $4k worth of work. There is nothing you can do to fix the situation for me personally. You can talk to the people that manage your chat service and make sure if they promise to call someone back, they do. You can also talk to Steven, he was terrible, he was the one we talked to make the appointment, the one that didn’t order the part in the first place and the one that showed 0 empathy for wasting my time. Also the one that didn’t listen when I said I’d be finding another dealership and NEVER using your company, if he had listened he wouldn’t have ordered the part or called me days later leaving a message that it was in and he “couldn’t remember” if I still needed it. There are dealerships everywhere, your “product” is your customer services which is just terrible, fix that or I’m sure you’ll loose future customers.
