It was a very enjoyable experience working with Charles Inman in the purchase of my FJ. We also own a 2006 Prius. Recently needed to replace the HV Battery. Allen closed the sale for Michelle, who was away on the day of delivery. While easy to work with, there was a delay in getting to the finance person. Allen's knowledge of the vehicle was decent but a little weak regarding the advanced 4wd aspects. The price was high for this model, but Michelle's hard work and clear communication carried the day. I told the one guy I was hear to get information on purchasing my lease. We went in and he starts to take the information down. The first thing he wants is the millage and asks what kind of shape it is in. I asked him, what difference does it make, I want to purchase the vehicle. My answer, it's our standard procedure that we have to ask these questions. Then he and another guy which could have been the sales manager start talking. I'm just waiting for the sales pitch. He comes back and I told him, look, I don't want a sales pitch, I just want the numbers to buy the car. He also wanted my social security number after getting the vin number from me. I told him, I wasn't going to give him my ss number and he could look it up without it. I also told him I was a resident of Michigan and wanted to purchase it through Michigan. My payoff was just over $13,000 and he comes back with a number over $15,000 with all fees. I told him, first off, the sales tax must have been figured on Arizona tax because that figure was about $500.00 too high. Then I asked him about the other fees. There was some Arizona county tax for about 2.5 percent, some handling documents fee for $400.00 etc., etc.... I told him, he was crazy and we walked out the door saying we would contact our dealer in Michigan to take care of it. We contacted our Michigan dealer the next day. Geez, with taxes, just over $14,000 out the door. I saved over $1,000 for not doing business with this Arizona dealership. These bums were either trying to scam me or wanted my clean Toyota that only had 40,000 miles on it so they wanted me to purchase or lease another from them. Instead what they got was a pissed off customer who will not only never do business with them, but will tell anyone in the area to avoid their group of dealerships. As Dave Ramsey says, the two biggest profit centers are the garage and the sales office. They were working hard at helping that sales office and they failed and lost a future customer. More

Ernie Primera was kind, professional, and easy to talk to when we arrived at the dealership. He was honest about pricing, options, and current rebates and incentives. There was never any hassles or high pressure sale pitches. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted and answered every question we had. We ended up purchasing a new 2011 Toyota Tundra and can't be happier! We would recommend Larry Miller Toyota to anyone. You really can't go wrong. We have had not one, but two, great experiences with Larry Miller and my wife is already talking about a Sienna in the future for our growing family. I'm sure we will purchase if from Larry Miller Toyota. Give Larry Miller a try and you will be pleasantly surprised. All I can say is keep up the the great work Larry Miller Toyota! More

Being from a smaller town we always tend to look for vehicles in Phoenix. We had purchased a truck from Larry Miller Toyota nearly 4 years ago and had a great experience. We sought out the dealership vehicles in Phoenix. We had purchased a truck from Larry Miller Toyota nearly 4 years ago and had a great experience. We sought out the dealership again as we were looking for another vehicle. We basically purchased this vehicle over the internet and the customer service we received from Charles Inman was superb. Being three hours away I am sure the dealership is not always sure if a customer will actually come up to purchase a vehicle. (Especially when they say they will take it without even driving it or seeing it first hand) We did not feel at anytime that we were not receiving 100% of the dealers time. We will continue to use Larry Miller Toyota should we be in the market for another vehicle and we would recommend Larry Miller without any hesitation. Thank you Mr. Inman and Larry H. Miller Toyota. (my husband and I already knew what we wanted we'd been test driving them over the past few months) When I came to Larry Miller, Charles already had the cars we wanted to test drive ready to go, and it made the whole process shorter. I had 4 kids at home and didn't want to spend all day at the dealership. Charles was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Buying my Sienna from him was a great experience and when my husband needs a new car I'll call Charles again. More
