In this particular case, our salesman Jim Gilbert showed us just what we were looking for without trying to sell us something we didn't ask for. It didn't take long to narrow down our top choices and make a decision. Since this vehicle was for our son, he offered various scenarios to make it work financially and the entire process didn't take nearly as long as I expected. Then we went to finance, which is usually the dreaded part of upselling! Chris Coleman was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He answered all our questions and we were out of there in record time. Usually, I take a salesman's card and file it away somewhere but don't necessarily seek them out when returning for my next vehicle. I will keep Jim Gilbert's card when I decide to trade in my current Toyota. More
Mike Ross took GREAT care of me. He clearly explained the process and the options I had for my car. Because of Mike and the good work by LMT I will return to this dealership for ever. Recenty bought a vehicle after having my previous car totalled in an accident. As is par for the course with car sales, there was a very attractive price listed online and when I went in to check out totalled in an accident. As is par for the course with car sales, there was a very attractive price listed online and when I went in to check out the vehicle learned I didn't qualify for any of their rebates, and there were significant add ons that put the vehicle about 2-3K outside my price range. I immediately got the high pressure sales tactic and regrettfully fell for it, since I was looking for a specific car that was only located in the north valley (I live in east valley), and had very limited buying time thanks to insurance limiting rental car time. I was shuttled between about four different sales/finance people (despite the fact that I paid cash), with additional sales people introducing themselves along the way. Talk about feeling like a number. And with all those people talking to me, would you believe only one person gave me a card. While most of the people were fine, there was one of the typical salesmen that left me with an "icky" feeling (yeah, and he was the one person I had a business card for). Because the car I came to see went from within my price range to outside my price range in within seconds, I spent over 5 hours at the dealer while they tried to track down the vehicle I wanted from a different dealer. They got the vehicle near the end of the day, but apparently without any of the vehicle's manuls. I briefly looked at the vehicle as they were cleaning it, but when I asked if I could get the car delivered to my rental car agency so I could exchange cars everyone realized that wouldn't happen that day. So I went home after a long day there, without paying anything or without taking home any paperwork. The next day I worked from home so I could deal with any other issues and take delivery. After a morning phone call where I was told someone would be calling me to set up a time to deliver the car, I waited 4 hours before calling back to make sure I was going to get the car that day, as I didn't want to pay one more day for the rental car out of my own pocket. What followed was a ridiculous number of phone calls, primarily about the missing vehicle manuals. I made sure to remind them that I did not have any paperwork, in fact I had to ask for the VIN number so I could at least spend some time getting my insurance updated while I waited on them. I did finally get my vehicle at the rental car agency. I do appreciate that they drove 45 min one-way to deliver the car, but the reality is I paid them enough for the car, I expected that service and would have argued for it if I had to. One thing slightly disappointing was that after I watched the car being washed the night before, it was clearly dusty and the windshield wipers had been used, leaving that long verticle line of dust down the edge of the wiper range. Really? Finally after going through their checklist, the salesman mentioned "one last thing," which was taking a picture of me with the car. Fine. But as he was ready to leave, I said, "Well, I am assuming you want a check for the car." I debated in my head whether to even say anything and see how long it would take them to realize I hadn't paid for the car. That's what happens when you have 4 different people working on one sale and no one talks to each other. Unbelievable. I'm not a car person, and don't get excited about cars, especially when forced to buy one after a teenage distracted driver totalled my car. But the best part of this experience was when the last salesman left and a sense of relief came over me. It's unlikely I would ever go back to Larry Miller for service since it is so far away. But the whole experience made me long for the small town dealer I worked with back east when I bought my last car, where I was treated much better, felt like they wanted my business, and didn't feel like I needed a shower after the whole experience. I just purchased a 2013 Toyota Prius V on Monday, 2/18. Although they are under serious construction, the experience was great Tony Cicala greeted us Saturday night initially and was very nice. A real Blue Although they are under serious construction, the experience was great Tony Cicala greeted us Saturday night initially and was very nice. A real Blue collar man I could relate to since we both owned our own businesses. We were then sent over to Kaytee Kelley on Monday since Tony got really tied up with other customers. What a gem she is! So nice and friendly, reminded me of my daughter! She even drove us to dinner since things ran long. Not your typical car dealership experience I had to say. What a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend them! More
I have purchased numerous vehicles at the Larry Miller Toyota and Hyundai dealerships over the years. I return because I have always been treated fairly and the experience is outstanding. This time, I w Toyota and Hyundai dealerships over the years. I return because I have always been treated fairly and the experience is outstanding. This time, I worked with Kaytee Kelly. Although she was new to the sales team at Larry Miller, she obviously had previous sales experience and a passion for making sure her customers were placed in the right vehicle for THEM. She listened to what my needs were, we found the right vehicle that met those needs. So many times in the past, when I have visited other dealerships, the sales team attempt to up sale or redirect you to a vehicle they wanted to move off the lot without concern for my actual needs. I have never gone back to those locations. Shopping for a car is not the highlight of most peoples lives but Kaytee has that spark that makes a customer feel like family and turns the experience into a family visit (I look forward to Kaytee selling me a new car the next time I need one). I did not purchase or commit to the vehicle the first day, I rarely do. Kaytee remained available to assist, and a few days later when I returned, we were able to work a satisfactory agreement on the vehicle I purchased. For this portion of the visit, Kaytee was assisted by Sales Manager Joseph Villesot. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the Toyota product, straightforward with information and a determination to make sure I received the best deal I could. That is refreshing. He was outstanding and I am very satisfied with the process. The final portion of the process was dealing with finance and I was introduced to Finance Manager Elite Trice and he was terrific. He explained the different coverage plans, the pros and cons of each. After answering my questions, there was no brow beating to agree to any program, I had the choice and made the best selection based on my needs. Overall, I do not think anything could have been any better. I will highly recommend Larry Miller Toyota to family and friends. Thank you Jeff More
Bob Brawdy is, without a doubt, the best service manager I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few, as I buy a new car almost every year). He went out of his way to make sure I was happy w I have ever worked with (and I have worked with quite a few, as I buy a new car almost every year). He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new car purchase, going beyond the extra mile to make sure a problem was taken care of ASAP, and in the correct manner. Every time I called Bob's work #, he answered (I thought about calling at 4 a.m., thinking he may even answer then). Bob is always polite, always friendly and respectful. In my case, he always made sure that the right information got to the right people at the right time. Bob deals with hundreds of people every week, and he treated me like I was important and his only customer. When I saw him again after two weeks, he actually remembered me! Where did you find this guy. He definitely belongs in customer service, or as a trainer on how to treat people. If you ever get any complaints about Bob, you probably had a customer who was a habitual complainer. I was impressed, and because of Bob, I will be back. Thanks. Bill Carrigan. Purchased a 2013 RAV 4 on January 13th. More

Rick Emerson, is my service advisor and he is very friendly and knowledgable. If I have a question or issue he always handles my question/issue the way I would expect. If he doesn't know the answer friendly and knowledgable. If I have a question or issue he always handles my question/issue the way I would expect. If he doesn't know the answer he finds out. Although, I did not buy my car from Larry Miller (it was used), they have treated me just like I had purchased it from them. I feel like they are doing the right thing as they represent Toyota. Rick is very professional. I will continue to take my car to them even though the construction hardship makes it a mess for both the customers and the employees to work under. I'm sure the end results will be worth it for all concerned. J. Schultz More
