Chris Conger has been our service writer/adviser for most of those years. He is by far the most conscientious and trustworthy service writer I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When we take our car in for routine preventative maintenance I know that the work we've requested will be done right the first time. I also know that if Chris should call to let me know that during the pm service something was found that needs repair I can trust his word without question. Chris Conger is a skilled professional who is always courteous and friendly. I would recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, competent and perhaps most importantly a trustworthy service writer for their vehicle/s. More

My husband and I and are 3 little ones were greeted by Julyus Rudd. He was extremely nice and had a kind smile. He seemed genuine. We had spent almost 6 hours at Peoria Nissan 2 days prior, and left their dealership frustrated and angry vowing to never go back. We decided to check out the Toyota Tundra and see what they could offer us. So right off the bat, I'm sure Julyus could see our frustration with dealers in general. We didn't want to mess around and haggle for hours on end with our 6 yr old and twin 3 yr olds. The one thing that I immediately liked about Julyus was that when we asked him a question, he didn't lie to us or dance around it if he didn't have the answer. He was HONEST and said, that's a great question, let me find that answer for you. Honesty is hard to come by these days and so is service. So far so good. After explaining the vehicle we wanted, he went to his Sales Mgr, Joseph Villerot, who then came to greet us too. Once we were all on the same page, Julyus found the vehicle and we took it for a spin. Of course, my husband and I loved it. It was a base model of the Tundra CrewCab, but we still loved it. So, then we went back into defense mode because we knew the numbers game would be up next. Again, we did this for hours and hours and Peoria Nissan and got no where. I honestly cannot believe how easy Joe & Julyus made the experience for us. We talked numbers for maybe a max of 30 minutes. Back and forth a little, but came to a great result that we were all extremely happy with. My next step was meeting with Chris Coleman in finance. Usually this is another grueling experience of hard pushed sales with past experiences. Proved me wrong again. Chris had all of my stuff ready, and even offered me the best rates imaginable in comparison to the pre approval I had through my Credit Union. My car was detailed and ready to go and I was all done. The entire process probably took 2 1/2 hours. I am so happy at this point, I can't believe how easy everyone made everything. Even the woman running the front desk was amazing, turning on cartoons for my kids and giving them coloring sets. Every single person we came into contact with that day was kind, caring and eager to give GREAT service. Even as I was heading out the door, Irina Krasnova gave me a gift from Toyota and thanked me for our business with the best smile and personality. Coming from managing a Bank for almost 15 years, service is huge to me. Larry Miller Toyota completely exceeded my expectations and we are happy customers. More importantly, you gained our LOYALTY. Asked for and got an early appointment for routine service on my 2012 Camry. Because I live some distance away, I left home and arrived 20 minutes early to the dealership. I was perfectly willing to wait until my appointment time. Instead I was served almost immediately. Nick told me the wait would be approximately 90 minutes, so I decided to walk across the street for a leisurely breakfast. By the time I finished breakfast and went into the customer lounge, Nick came in to get another customer, saw me and informed me my car was ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted to be on my way so quickly--less than an hour! Friendly, prompt service. Definitely my service place of choice, even though another is closer to my home. More

Yesterday my son and I went into purchase a new car. He has excellent credit, paid off a car and bought another one and he is only 20 years old. He is also a disabled veteran. After a few test drives and talking in regards to price and payments we finally agreed on a price and terms. I'm not clear on why they brought the sales director over but they did and when he met us he was rude. He asked what our problem was we stated nothing we just wanted the best price and terms possible and advised what chevy was willing to do. Again at this time we were ready to buy the toyota. He laughed and said then go to that dealership. Both my son and I looked at each other and said ok, got up to leave. He started hackling my son who is a disabled veteran and yelling at us. I turned and said sir we are leaving and there is no reason for the disrespect or the yelling. He raised his voice and told me I needed to be quite for a minute and listen. I was actually being calm and respectful at this pint and had not even raised my voice. My son then yelled back to never speak to his mother that way and walked out. I asked for his card and went to walk out. The man followed me out to the car still yelling at me and my son even though we were trying to leave the premises. He hackled my son saying he would never get financing there ever and we wouldn't be able to buy a car anywhere, even though my son just purchased a new honda a few weeks ago. I was very scared at that point. I have never had someone attack us like that. The sales rep even apologized to us and said we did nothing wrong. We were ready to sign papers. I was actually scared for our safety at this point. More

Here is my story: After visiting a few other dealerships and not getting the price or customer service I expected, I searched for my vehicle of choice on Larry Miller's easy to use website and requested an e-quote. Lee called me soon after and I told him what I was willing to pay for the car. I talked my husband into making the 'dreaded' trip to another car dealership. BUT we were so impressed when we arrived. Lee was so considerate of time - he had the vehicle washed and ready for us to test drive. While we were test driving it, Lee had our trade-in car evaluated. When we arrived back from the test drive and confirmed we were interested in purchasing the car, Lee had an offer in writing for the price I had requested over the phone! This all happened in less than an hour after we stepped foot into the dealership. We were so impressed!! I thought I was dreaming - were we really at a car dealership?!? We were given a generous amount for our trade-in, didn't have to spend hours haggling over the price with upper management, and we had the car we wanted at our price.
