Purchased a new Toyota Tundra from them thru the Costco auto program in April and everything was fine. Went thru the finance dept for financing and went home and found a better/lower rate on my own. Went auto program in April and everything was fine. Went thru the finance dept for financing and went home and found a better/lower rate on my own. Went back the following week to fill out paperwork to get GAP insurance (>$600) which was covered thru our new lender. Was told my check will be mailed and I will get it in 2-4 weeks. 5 weeks later I contacted them after numerous tries and emails with no call backs and they finally told me it was a mistake in the paperwork and I will get it in 2 weeks. It is now almost 3 months since we purchased and no call backs, no emails and no refund. WORST experience we have EVER had with purchasing a new vehicle. I have had to contact Costco to assist in the refund process. I would highly recommend driving the extra distance to find a more competent Toyota dealer. I have already changed my maintenance to Avondale. More
