Though I'd scheduled my car for service on Friday, at the end of next week, over the week end, my 'check engine' light went on. I appeared at the Service Desk on Monday morning without warning. I like working with Gonzolas very much. The new dealership looks great, but I did not see a Toyota Avalon on the floor, that is Toyotas flagship I was kind of disappointed when it was not there. I have been coming to Miller Toyota for all my car needs for 10 years. Chris Conger is the very best. He helps me keep my Sequoia in top shape. His recommendations are excellent. The new service area however looks and feels like a hospital waiting room. I also feel that the price I was charged for my new Michelins was way too much...and if you are going to "soften" the cost with a rebate, you should do it up front instead of having the customer go through the internet leg work. I will remain a Toyota man but I have no idea what I'll buy when my SUV gives up the ghost. Today's Sequoia is just a Tundra with a Sequoia name. Stephen McKeown, Sun City West. More
Rick has been my primary advisor since I got my 2012 Taco. We just finished up with the final Toyota Care service. Rick got the truck in, called with a recommendation from the mechanic (I opted out, and Taco. We just finished up with the final Toyota Care service. Rick got the truck in, called with a recommendation from the mechanic (I opted out, and there was no pressure put on to make me change my mind), and called when it was ready to be picked up. Due to some failure in the electronic cloud, my phone did not register his call, and I got the message 5 minutes before they closed. I live 15 minutes away. I called Rick, he told me he would be around for a few minutes and available to get my truck back to me. He did not rush me out the door once I arrived; he reviewed the service report with me, offered to schedule my next service, and even went over what the next service would entail and cost. I have never had any problems with this service center; I have been around long enough to know that you plan several hours to get work done (yes, even if you have an appointment; although some people seem to feel that the word 'appointment' means that time is magically altered to encompass THEIR needs). I cannot review the sales staff; but if it is anything like my service experiences, I think they will be more than acceptable! Unfortunately for them, Toyotas last, and it will probably be 15 years or more until I look for a replacement. More
Spending $1197.00 for repairs is never easy, but when your're working with a professional like Rick Emerson it makes it better. The repairs were completed on time and my car was washed when it was represented back to me. Rick is very knowledgeable and has great communication skills on top of being a very nice person who's easy to work with. P.S. Larry Miller has the best assortment of Danish in the morning of any dealership in the valley. More

I still have not received our welcome package yet as of today. Cody did a fantastic job and deserves credit for the sale. He did his best. For the other part I have had to make 2 trips back to Larry Miller just to get the correct papers signed due to finance had put both my husband and my name on the purchase papers however I purchased the Truck in my name. I don't feel that I should have to make 2 added trips to your dealer ship just to sign papers. However experience was good just took to long. More
