Rick Emerson is the best! He is always very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is with the rental car department. Went in for my 2nd free service for my 2013 Corolla. The car was washed but the inside wasn't vacuumed... a little surprised about that but wasn't a big deal. Amanda was very thorough! I had this side, plastic panel piece on the driver's side door that keeps popping out. I had it "fixed" during the first service and it popped out about a month later. You can "punch" it back in place but it never stays. Amanda had the service guys look at it and they "punched" it back and said everything looked okay. When she pulled the car up she didn't like how it looked or felt when pressed on so she went in and got a parts guy out there. They both determined the whole panel needed replacing. She made sure it was under warranty. This attention to detail really shocked me and I will stick with this car company as a loyal customer if this kind of service continues. My next car (we are a two car family) will most certainly be a Toyota. You guys can thank Amanda. More

I chose great because exceptional wasn't an option. I previously owned a Toyota and loved it, however I thought I wanted something different and did look at an Altima. When I came to your facility and met Gregory there was no doubt that I would be buying a Toyota. His knowledge of the vehicle and positive attitude was very welcoming. As stated I had looked, and was very interested in the Altima, my decision to buy Toyota was made on the basis of the way I was treated by Gregory Cabuslay and Paul Ydaurte. There was no pressure felt and that was very important. Everything went smoothly, Cody assisted us from start to finish. In past at other dealers we have been shuffled to several levels of sales personnel and we hate that.
