Rude as heck!!! Don’t fall for their trap!!! Been going back n forth with Maximo through email regarding gray RAV4 that I was interested in buying. I ask him if he can match or beat another dealer’s offer under 35000. He tells me to come in since they have great offers right now (should’ve seen the red flag when he didn’t give me any numbers). Foolishly, I set up an appointment with Max, and when I went in he’s “busy with other customers” (another flag). I get some rookie guy assigned to me, he shows me a different RAV4, we test drive and we proceed to the desk. Now I told the guy I was just there to see some numbers and wasn’t buying anything today, especially since they dealer traded the particular RAV4 I was interested in buying. But we settle on a different color and see what they can do with the price. They gave me a “best price” of +40000. Yea ok. I show them a quote from the other dealer, some higher guy comes, tells me that they’ll match their offer. Told him “ok, but I’m not going to be buying today” and he starts berating me for coming in when I’m not signing. I’ve dealt with some rude people before, but you’re high up on my chart (forgot your name, chunky guy with scruffy beard). After GM guy tries to reason with me and make a deal, I manage to leave the place. I have no idea why this place has so many great reviews. I will never set foot in this place again. Don’t bother pasting an apology comment to this review Jenn. One good thing tho, they have an awesome coffee maker. More

5,000 mile service Farley and Ryan were very helpful and courteous. I mentioned a few blemishes I found on the paint of my car. After servicing the vehicle they sent my Farley and Ryan were very helpful and courteous. I mentioned a few blemishes I found on the paint of my car. After servicing the vehicle they sent my car to detail and buffed out the scuffs free of charge. My car looks and smells brand new again. My Corolla Se is Super White and is a dirt and scratch magnet. The detail department did an amazing job as well. I will return to Larry Miller Toyota for my future services. More
