Sales rep was true to his word and was great about getting the car I wanted at MSRP without adding any dealer nonsense to it. Working with the finance rep was another story. Wasn't very friendly and c getting the car I wanted at MSRP without adding any dealer nonsense to it. Working with the finance rep was another story. Wasn't very friendly and clear about the requirements of what's needed, or poor training for the sale rep since I planned for a large cash down. Numbers were inaccurate, be it a few dollars but that was a big deal with I was planning to finance with my bank. so things had to go back in forth for a couple of days. More

Today we have schedule service oil change with them with appointment 11:45am We brought the car before the appointment with hope completed early but the men servicer ( ALLEN ) told us must be waiting appointment 11:45am We brought the car before the appointment with hope completed early but the men servicer ( ALLEN ) told us must be waiting more than 4 hours just oil change only We are very dissatisfied with the way the staff here work to waste time. Also wasting my time too, we are living very close to them and want local support their trade. What happened today made us disappointed and will never bring the car back here any more More
