Thet were so eager to close a deal, they did not listen to me. I told them numerous times that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank. I asked for the option contract a few times and was told it was in to me. I told them numerous times that I had a pre-approved loan through my bank. I asked for the option contract a few times and was told it was in my paperwork. After everything, they put the loan through Toyota Financial and an indirect loan service. I couldn't believe it! I spent time at my back before and after the sale and did not know what had happened until my loan advisor informed me what had happened. When I confronted the dealership management, I was offered a tank of gas to make up for their mistake and I felt dismissed and not taken seriously. More

Very disappointing for service I paid for and it was never done. The service supervisor didn’t even take the time to apologize and was rude. 3 hours for a simple oil change when I had an appointment is insane. Most frustrating part is that their tracking link was not being updated at all, so I didn’t know if my car was still being inspected or wh is insane.
