Eric and Farley are always so pleasant Everytime I am there. I live in Chula Vista and much rather drive to lemon Grove to get my car serviced. I feel like they are always genuine and not trying to rip me off. And the lounge is nice there are places to study, watch TV or get some privacy if needed, you don't even feel the wait time. There customer service from Eric and Farley really set the tone for the rest of the service. I was actually having a hard time calling to get in appoint since the week before Christmas but I figured something was going on and the website wasn't working for me. So I drove to go make in appointment in person, I explained to them I was having a hard time and I could come back a later date and they said they would fit me in... This is truly what service is. I have been to multiple Toyotas throughout San Diego: Toyota in mission valley, El cajon, Kearny Mesa , Chula Vista and lemon Grove in particular stands out for their customer service. I am so happy we ended up purchasing the Camry in 2022 from Giovanni at lemon Grove Toyota. After feeling that Toyota El cajon was trying rip me off for a service for my Rav 4 that I ended up selling to CarMax and almost completely gave up on Toyota. With two negative experiences with Toyota mission valley and Toyota El cajon. Giovanni gave us a different experience and by chance I went to Toyota Kearny Mesa to purchase the venza . Jacob the young salesman was nice but everyone else was pretty rude( I know they didn't make the sale they were hoping to make) but still, they didn't even offer us a pen for our hasing that venza. Jacob out of his own pocket went to go buy us a keychain. That was awful so I knew I would t trust them to service my vehicle and there was no way xxxx I would go back to Toyota El cajon with stunt they tried to pull regarding my RAV4 And I knew I really didn't want to go back to Toyota mission valley to service my vehicle after the terrible service they performed on Prius ( I got an oil change they said everything looked great, after doing the inspection then the very next day on the way to work the bottom of my car started dragging and there was a knocking sound, the guy with hazel eyes I can't remember his name told me there was nothing they could do about it.... Anyling story long I am loyal to Toyota u got a RAV4 black on black loved it so much them boom right at 70k mark right as the warranty expired I forget exactly how many miles was on it they alleged the gas pump or the gasline I forget exactly what was broken they needed to fix and unfortunately it I was over the warranty so I had to pay out of pocket ok I suck it up and pay but only for a few months maybe 3 months later for the same alert to popup so I bring it back to Toyota El cajon . And for them to say well I am SOL I would have to pay for a diagnostic again and for the service xxx I just paid for the same error. And to add insult to injury the guy said if I want they can purchase my car $5k now I may not be a mechanic or a salesman but I knew for a fact I was being ripped off. So I got some one to fix the alleged error. And sold it to CarMax for $11k . When I tell you I was so done with Toyota. I went without a car for a few weeks and it was during the time when there were no cars on the lot. We ended up going to so many dealers but I could bring myself to pay soich money for used car. So with a lot of hesitation we ended up getting the Camry sold to us by Giovanni at Toyota lemon Grove he was very reassuring and we had and all around good experience , although we paid more than what we should have at the time but it was a new car we really needed. Few months later we ended up moving to Chula Vista ... And Chula Vista experience felt like El cajon I refuse to take my car there, based on the fact they tried to tell me something was wrong with my car that wasn't mentioned at Toyota lemon Grove, and never ended up being mentioned at Toyota lemon Grove till this day. More

I have been in the service today, I went early because I have emergency at the time of dropping off the car, my service provider name Va, I was waiting her for 35 min in the line to check car in, all the ca have emergency at the time of dropping off the car, my service provider name Va, I was waiting her for 35 min in the line to check car in, all the car front and back were check in, I was so upset from what happened, when I went to her and explained to her why all that wait, she told me just wait we have short of stuff, and that not true. After that there was a very good service provider his name Alb...he came and helped me when he saw me wait all that time.
