From about 7 months ago when we purchased a car here to this day we had the free routine service- everyone has been, consistently been, very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. For this visit we had Jeremy, he was our rep in Customer service- and we brought in 2 cars. first was our Prius for free routine maintenance and the crew got it done in such short time that when my wife arrived within the hour with our Matrix- she dropped that off and we drove away in our already finished Prius that they even washed for us too. the Matrix had a Toyota recall on it which Jeremy advised they could do and he followed up to let me know the status, that a part would be there in few hours, all said and done they had their company shuttle pick me up from home when it was ready saving us an extra trip. that was cool- we don't live close either. Even the shuttle driver was professional. The ownership must have a really good and extensive training program- whatever it is - keep it. Everyone we worked with from service to the cashier was so friendly, polite and the place was very clean. I am very pleased with the entire establishment! More
