A small thing, in the overall scope, but when you're selling "granola" cars like Subaru's, the smell of smokes will be off-putting to many of your potential customers. But, he's about to become a dad, and that new role has brought changes to the lives of all who have played it. Our Subaru Outback was delivered on time (early) and Jeremy spent more than enough time explaining and demonstrating the various features. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Larry Miller Subaru. Originally I had intended on bringing my son along when I went to test drive the 2013 Subaru Outback, so he could help me understand the significance of different technologic options of vehicles I wanted to test drive. He was unable to come that day, so I was a little stressed. Jeremy set aside time for me to come in and was very patient with me while I asked multiple questions. He showed me a video on a utube site that showed the performance comparison of other vehicles I was considering as compared to the Subaru. He helped me determine which Subaru was the perfect fit for me right down to the color. The dealership got me an awesome interest rate and Marc in the finance department explained every thing I needed to do in no time all. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a new Subaru or other SUV. We worked with sales representative Jeremy Howard who was very friendly (but not excessively), patient and professional. We traded in a 2012 Dodge Ram 1500 truck for a 2013 Subaru Outback. While we believe the trade-in price given for the truck was undervalued, LHM did its best to add other beneficial offsets to compensate. To secure the financing details, we worked with Marc Derosier. He was professional, quick and friendly as well. Overall, we had a good experience and recommend this dealershi to anyone seeking a Subaru brand car. More

This guy needs a raise :) I've bought some cars in my life and this was the smoothest its ever gone. We didn't haggle over a price, I said what I needed and that is what I got. My experience dealing with LHM Subaru was bitter sweet. The store Manager Chad was very personable and awesome to work with, as well as our sales man Aaron. I feel that they did everything they could to make the experience of buying our first car from an actual dealership comfortable and easy for us. On the other had the finance department wasn’t as pleasant, I feel they have a demeanor that they think they are better and smarter than the customer, they would tell me one thing and then my wife a different story, and then blame the lack of communication on me, which is not at all the case. I would buy for LHM again ONLY because the sales department went above and beyond what they needed to do for us, but I will never finance through them again. If you are looking to buy I would suggest getting your own financing through a credit union first and buying all your extra coverage’s such as GAP exc. Through the credit union and not even have to deal with the finance department. More
